In the Land of Nice & Plenty, some of the letters set out in search of something better. They searched for someplace, somewhere, they could call their own. The vowels and consonants came together and formed words. They built a place in the land of Plenty.

"In the Land of Nice & Plenty, the Book" is a children's story that teaches important concepts of grammar and literature. It makes learning fun. The book contains six chapters with questions and answers and a glossary.

"Tennessee Tables", a cookbook, is the combined effort of Junior League members and friends in Knoxville, Tennessee. the cover design and chapter illustrations are eclectic black-and-white pencil illustrations done by the artist. The first printing was in 1982 and the second in 2002.
